Im trying to farm ISP off troll pets in bhaf thickets but trolls are not respawning pets after the 1st kill

Have mob pets been intentionally disabled from respawning? Or was their respawn timer modified?

I continue to get stuck at downloading data. Its been 18 hours since i last tried to login and im still hanging up at downloading data. Any ideas whats causing my issue?
