Re: Changing DSP from console to Windowed form

Don't think that I am discouraging you, if you are. It's just that DSP is not designed to be a UI driven server set. It is made for console as it works best that way cross-platform. Your tool would be better suited being something external from DSP that just manages the processes instead rather then...

Re: Lua Functions to Set and Retrieve the Look of NPCs

If you ever need to see what is/isn't exposed to Lua, you can reference the following files:

For entity specific stuff, see:

Re: Changing DSP from console to Windowed form

This project is not specific to Windows. It works on Linux as-is as well. So if you plan on doing any changes to add a GUI front end, it should either: A. Be an entirely separate application that just manages the processes of the current consoles. B. Be an entirely separate configuration to compile ...

Re: TOAU Content

A very good amount of CoP is done, but not everything. Some later-on things like Sea, Limbus, and such are not done. Some of it has half-implemented, or implemented in a manner that "works" for now. But not all of it is done. Also keep in mind we do not handle servers custom content. So they may imp...

Re: TOAU Content

Mission wise, not much is done. I think the first few missions have some working code, but can't say for sure. Salvage is non-existent, assaults have the code there to be implemented just that none are scripted yet. (Besides 1 that kj did for testing I believe.) And ZNMs are in the same boat as not ...

Re: Where are people playing?

Legion has a very active development team but they are not old school. If you are looking specifically for old school, either the official old school DSP server or Nasomi's server are your best bets. Some other servers are not listed here because they are donation based servers, which I do not recom...

Re: First Time Setting up Server

The game server takes about 500MB of memory when it's running, which goes up slightly as people log on and start playing. CPU usage is based off of how many people are on it at once depending on what they're doing (it's still pretty low, about 5-10% CPU usage with about 20 people on). It is not mul...
