Are merits supposed to be fixed now? I see server is on revision a91653f. Client 30150730_1. I am still seeing issues with at least "Attributes", "Combat Skills", "Other", and "Monk" on one character (all "off by one" issues). I was not sure if this is a codebase thing or a server thing, so posting ...

OK, thanks! Looks like it is updated now.

It looks like run speed was reduced recently. I think up until a week or so ago it had been 1.25x. Was this intentional?

I do not have an answer for that. We do have someone relatively new on Classic server that had been on AS/SS before, though.
