If someone is trying to log into my server, in their settings.xml file, in the <args> tag, do they just put '--server my_external_ip' or do they need '--server my_external_ip --hairpin'?

Wait, we are supposed to be using python3? The directions specifically say to use python2, dont they?

any idea what table the spawn rate for the NMs are on? I've looked in the LUAs for each NM in each zone, but most of them only have a line or two, and nothing that looks like it has anything to do with spawning
