In a Stew = complete, ends quest line for Kuoh Rhel Needs some attention in the future once conquest tallies are implemented. Right now you can repeat the quest immediately, in retail it is once per tally. Don't think it's has huge exploit potential since you need three woozyshrooms for a measly 900...
