I could have swore I saw somewhere on the forum where someone went in and edited the new cast times for spells... Now I can't find it and I was looking to fix this, too! Dang.

I set my server to use the old cure formula and realized Cure III/Cure IV are casting 0 hp cures from a paladin, didn't try with any other class, but I'm assuming the same.
