Setup server on 2nd router

Hi
I have 2 router linked up to extend the wifi signals and now I want to build a server using room PC connected to second router. Forgive me I am noob of setup network.
My main router Wan address is 184.179.XX.XX
IP address is 192.168.11.1
my second router Wan address is 192.168.11.9
my computer IP address is 192.168.1.53
I really confused with the IPs....
please help how should it setup the server?

First off, I wouldn't try to run a server connected to Wi-Fi to another network. That is going to introduce some lag.
You should set up the server like it is defined in the wiki, paying special attention to this section

You know, you can just disable the DHCP server in any wifi router to turn it into a wireless hotspot. That way you aren't isolated from other machines on the network.
