Is there another way to obtain the programs in the op? I can install MySQL but when I got navicat lite it can't find page and other take me to the programs main site

you can substitute navicat with any other mysql program (mysql workbench, heidisql, etc..)

I set my server up exactly as stated in the guide, but when I run DSGame-server.exe as an administrator (and normally) it crashes at this point:
Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

Run it from within Visual Studio so you can see where it's crashing

It's breaking at list, after running LoadWeaponSkillsList(). I just checked my navicat and weapon_skills is in there
