servo - libzmq.dll is missing

Yo dudes I had a missing DLL to load servo and I found it here

This doesn't seem to be something that you should post. The dll is already in the git, so what is the purpose of linking to a completely non-related dll site? It seems risky, and pointless.
Please feel free to check over the git again, and possibly check over the wiki. Besides, the libzqm.dll is a a server based item, not a client item, you should not need it in "client setup & guides" regardless.
