Cavernous Maws

Is there a specific maw im suppose to click on to activate first mission for Wings of the Goddess and obtain the "Pure White Feather" in order to do the dancer and scholar quests? The maw in Bastilla Downs H-5 doesnt work and just says "nothing happens".

On the ffxi wiki for scholar quest i need to use a Cavernous Maw in order to go to npc to start quest.

And then on the wiki for Cavernous naw it states that Upon checking a maw for the first time in Batallia Downs, Sauromugue Champaign, or Rolanberry Fields, you will trigger the first mission for Wings of the Goddess. You will obtain a Pure White Feather key item, which is your "pass" through the maws.

But that quest doesnt activate and i dont recieve the item to use the maw to enter into the past. I know that the past maps have been added in just thought id ask since it states that the job for dancer and scholar can be unlocked but im stuck here.
