ffxi-3117 NEED HELP TO SOLVE

Alright so, as these things go I've followed the guide to a tee. Now I can run my servers when I attempt to join a server after creating an account or character I get error code ffxi-3117. No other prompts no nothing in my gamserver I only see,

[Info] lobbyview_parse: vintaisw shutdown the socket
[Info] lobbyview_parse: vintaisw shutdown the socket
[Info] lobbyview_parse: vintaisw's login_session_data is deleted

Anyone know what is going on? I've checked game files and all green there. I was just using xiloader as I'm all internal for the moment while I test.

Firewall issue even though off it was still being lame. fixed on my own.

if you didn't make it to the game server, something is wrong with your routing or zone_settings table

Figured it out modem and router was communicating properly even though ports were open. Solved had to redo dnz settings and got it working thank you for the response though
