get rid of the elevators table and have them initialize themselves in their script

problem fixed forever

I know this is a little late. When ever I had run into this problem it was because I was using the @speed command. the fix I have found is that you need to put the speed back to what the server has the base set at or to zone so it resets and try to cross the bridge. I am thinking it is a conflict with the Server base speed that is set and the @speed command. I have also tried several sever base speed changes and that alone does not cause this bug on my server, only when @speed is set even 1 number higher, I have not tried @speed with a lower speed. will probably test when I get home.
