Regional Teleportation conquest point cost

At this point, or at least yesterday (I haven't checked today) Conrad in Bastok Mines tells me that to teleport to a distant region costs 350g or 350 conquest points. Conquest point cost should be 10% of gil cost. It's been that way in the retail version since the time when it was originally implemented...
