Updated.
All items are now in order of ID, no exceptions. Blank lines inserted at gaps for easier future additions.
The only known issues:
1) Some items (the newer ones) don't have a known price yet. Recently added items with unknown NPC sell prices are using 100 as a placeholder.
2) Temp items not temporary if you give your players a way to acquire in game (Not sure if we have the flag implemented yet, if we do I can fix this).
