So, I was playing around with IRC. Been so long since I used it.
However, it made me think of a cross DSP chat. After seeing the chat plugin on ashita, it makes me wonder if it would be easy to basically create a static irc chat for all DSP servers. Of course, with the ability to turn it on and off in the server config.

In a way yes it is possible, but it's not really something that is part of the core of the project. The aim of DSP is to mimic retail the best to our ability. Adding custom features like this are not really meant for the core project and are more for customizations for each server to invest in themselves.

You can post what you do as well as any patch files though on here to share what you've created.
