the dat version really doesn't matter, the zoneid isn't gonna move

Was more of a general warning in case he wanted to submit information like mob ids, names, and other data pertaining to the zone which can and usually do change between updates.

witch I do cause I want to work on the fishing system among other things

you are right on the zone pos and now I have updated version no more messup NPC's
