Autostart on boot and reboot Raspberry pi 3 B+ Raspbian

Has anyone been successful at setting the server up for auto start on boot, reboot, and crash on raspberry pi 3 B+? I had read a previous post that someone was going to make one after doing the guide to make and run the server on a Rpi 3 (Btw, that guide worked beautifully and no issues). I am new to the Raspberry Pi and just got mine the other day and I am also a noob to linux still since I have messed with it very little since the Mandrake days in early 2000. If anyone has or would like to post one, it would be very much appreciated. TIA
