running animation's (problems strike again) year 2

I have another question upon this one being the running animation's, they are not up to par with my natural movements from retail.

example:) speed is set to 90 yet i force my speed down to the default. Now i'm walking with running (default retail) speed.

can anyone give me some advice how to fix this? including for future players.

I don't know, but i'm upset that I can't hear my footsteps when I run in-game!
